Secretarial & HR Officer
Job Description
Provide secretarial support to senior management
Provide all round HR function
Maintain and update staff record in HR database and filing system
Handle staffs’ compensation & benefits
Responsible for incoming tax matter, retirement fund and MPF
Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
Diploma in Human Resources Management or related job experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Good command in both spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well organized, mature and self- motivated

Quantity Surveyor
Job Requirement
MHKIS with a high Dip or degree in quantity surveying or construction economics
Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience
Proven experience in handling foundation projects
Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for foundation projects
Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Good initiative and conscientious
Good command of English and Chinese
